Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. All orders are carefully reviewed, which may cause a slight processing delay. Orders are not processed over the weekend or on federal holidays.

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover/NOVUS and American Express. Existing customers may be billed at time of shipping. Please select this option at Check Out.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Each product has our 100% satisfaction guarantee. However, we cannot guarantee shipments to incorrect or incomplete names and addresses. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply Contact Us and describe the concern regarding your order. Shipping

Express Shipping

Two Day Express shipping is available for most items. Additional charges for Express shipments will be displayed during purchase. Please be sure to include correct street address as Express shipping cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Orders received before Noon Central Time will be shipped the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. Any orders received after Noon CST will be shipped the following business day. Harvest times differ and on occasion may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions. Therefore, we cannot always honor a specific shipment date.

If you wish to have an order delivered at some future date, please add this request into the comments area during checkout.

Standard Shipping

All fresh produce and products are shipped to your area every three weeks in our closely monitored, climate controlled trucks. Final delivery is made by the US Postal Service. In order to guarantee your complete satisfaction, each product must be harvested at its peak of ripeness. Harvest times differ and on occasion may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions. Therefore, we cannot always honor a specific delivery date. Sorry, no shipments to APO/FPO addresses. Substitutions

We take pride in providing farm fresh produce and quality gift items. Product seasons sometimes vary, or products may become unavailable. You can rest assured that we will make the proper substitution, with an item of equal or greater value, to get your order delivered on a timely basis.

Handling Charges

Shipments are made only to the 48 connecting states with a standard cost per parcel. Express Delivery Service is available at an additional cost. Rates will be visible during the Check Out process.

Personal Greetings

Personal Greetings can be included with your shipments at no additional charge. This is done by clicking the Add Free Gift Message in the shopping cart or during Check Out.

When you visit or shop with us, we want you to know we always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchange with our site.
